Overview
The AY-type multistage centrifugal oil pump is designed on the basis of the old Y-type multistage centrifugal oil pump by digesting and introducing foreign advanced technology. This series of products can be used in petroleum refining, petrochemical industry, transportation does not contain solid particles of oil, liquefied petroleum gas and other flammable, explosive or toxic high temperature and high pressure liquid.
Features
The bearing parts are all advanced sliding bearings and axial thrust bearings.
● Hydraulic flow components adopt the hydraulic model of high-efficiency energy-saving pump, and the average efficiency is 2 ~ 5% higher than that of Y-type oil pump.
In order to maintain the inheritance, the structural form, installation size and performance parameters of the AY type oil pump are basically the same as those of the Y type oil pump.
● High degree of generalization of parts and components.
● According to the different conditions of use, the main components are made of Class II and III materials, and the bearing body and other parts are added with cast steel and cast iron, which provides convenient material selection for cold areas, open air use, and ships. All bearings are cooled by water cooling.

Model Description


Structure
The AY-type multistage centrifugal oil pump is a radial split segment structure, and the suction section, the middle section and the discharge section are integrated through the bar. The pump rotor is composed of the impeller mounted on the shaft, the balance plate (drum) and other parts. The axial force is balanced by the balance disc, balance drum and thrust bearing.
Bearing
The radial sliding bearing or radial ball bearing is adopted, and the thrust bearing adopts radial thrust ball bearing to balance the residual axial force.
shaft seal
Use packing seal or mechanical seal, according to user needs.
Drive
The pump is directly driven by the prime mover through a flexible diaphragm coupling, and the pump rotates counterclockwise from the prime mover.
