Overview
DG type boiler feed water pump is used for sub-high pressure boiler feed water or other high pressure feed water, and the temperature of transmission medium shall not exceed 160 ℃.
Performance range

Model Description

Structure
This type of pump is a single shell segment type multistage centrifugal pump. Its suction inlet and discharge outlet are vertically upward. The front section, the middle section and the rear section are connected into one body with a bar. The static joint surface between each section is mainly sealed by the metal surface, and an O-shaped rubber ring is provided as an auxiliary seal.
shaft seal
This type of pump adopts soft packing seal. DG45- -80, DG85 -80 type pump can also use mechanical seal. The packing gland and packing cavity shall be cooled with cooling water. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
Bearings and balancing devices
The pump rotor is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump shaft, lubricated by thin oil, and cooled by circulating water.
The axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balance disc, and a return pipe is installed between the balance chamber and the front section.
Drive
The pump is driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling.
The pump rotates clockwise as viewed from the drive direction.
