Overview
This type of boiler feed water pump is used as medium pressure boiler feed water, and its performance completely replaces the old model DG45-59, DG72-58 and DG150-59.
The service temperature of ZDG medium pressure boiler feed pump can reach 105 ℃.

Model Description

A carbon fiber braid was used as a soft filler and cooled with cooling water.
Structure
This type of pump is a single shell segment type multistage centrifugal pump. The suction port and the discharge port are both vertically upward. The middle section, the discharge section and the suction section are tightly connected into one body with a through bar. The static joint surfaces are sealed by metal surfaces. The pump is a separate base.
Bearings and balancing devices
The pump rotor is supported by rolling bearings at both ends of the pump shaft, lubricated by thin oil, and cooled by circulating water.
The axial thrust of the rotor is automatically balanced by a balance disc. The equalizing return water is returned to the suction section of the pump through the equalizing return pipe.
Drive
The feed pump is driven by a motor through an elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the transmission direction.
