Overview
KSR series heat network circulating pump is a special equipment developed by our company for the heat grid system of thermal power plant (patent number: ZL 02251114.8). It has good anti-cavitation performance, high temperature performance, stable and reliable operation, long service life and other characteristics, is the ideal product of thermal power generation unit heat network system. It can also be used in petrochemical industry, environmental protection engineering, etc. The maximum temperature of the conveying medium is 150 ℃.

Model Description


Structural features
1. KSR pump is a single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump. The suction inlet and discharge outlet of the pump are below the pump axis and perpendicular to the axis. The joint surface of the pump body and the pump cover is on the axis line, which is convenient for disassembling and inspecting the internal parts of the pump without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines and the prime mover, and the maintenance is extremely convenient.
2. The shaft seal of the pump has two ways: packing seal and mechanical seal.
Bearing and balancing device
The bearing body (rolling bearing or sliding bearing) is installed at both ends of the shaft, the axial force is balanced by the double suction impeller, and the residual axial force is balanced by the rolling bearing. The rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, and the sliding bearings are lubricated with thin oil.
Drive
The pump is driven by a motor through an elastic diaphragm coupling. Seen from the transmission end, the pump rotates counterclockwise (if there is a special need, the pump can rotate clockwise).
