Overview
The AY-type oil pump series is modified and redesigned on the basis of the old Y-type oil pump series, with the following characteristics:
① Bearing body parts will be the original 35, 50, 60 bearing body respectively with 45, 55, 70 bearing body instead, improve the reliability.
The hydraulic model of high-efficiency energy-saving pump is used in the hydraulic flow-through part, which is 5 ~ 8% higher than the efficiency of the old Y-type oil pump on average.
③ In order to maintain the inheritance, the structure type, installation size and performance parameter range of the AY type oil pump are the same as those of the Y type oil pump, which is convenient for the replacement of the old equipment.
④ High degree of generalization of parts. The general standard parts are shared by several series of products.
⑤ Material selection and refining, the main body is mainly type I and II materials. The bearing body and other parts are increased to cast steel and cast iron, providing favorable conditions for cold areas, open air use and ships.
There are three types of bearings: air-cooled, fan-cooled, and water-cooled, which are selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Among them, fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.

AY type oil pump can be used in petroleum refining, petrochemical and chemical industries and other places to transport oil, liquefied petroleum gas and other media without solid particles.

Structural features
AY-type oil pump is divided into single-stage single-suction and two-stage single-suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction and two-stage double-suction two-end support type, two-stage single-suction two-end support type and other structural types. The shell is radially split, and the pump body is supported by the horizontal center line. Especially suitable for conveying high temperature and high pressure and flammable, explosive or toxic liquid. The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are cast on the pump body and are vertically upward. The shaft seal cavity (stuffing box) and the pump cover are cast into one body. It can be equipped with packing seal and balanced, bellows and series mechanical seals. The outside of the shaft seal cavity is cast with optional water cooling cavity jacket. The water cooling cavity must be equipped with special requirements or when the temperature of the conveying medium is water exceeding 66 ℃ and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeding 120 ℃.
The impeller is integrally cast and statically balanced. The axial force of the pump is mainly balanced by the balance hole of the impeller.
The bearing body is equipped with a set of radial ball bearings and a set of back-to-back thrust ball bearings. The bearings are lubricated by oil slinger. The outer surface of the bearing body is cast with cooling fins, which can be air cooling (T<120 ℃), fan cooling (T = 120~260 ℃) and water cooling (T = 260~420 ℃). In order to easily remove the impeller, shaft, bearing, shaft seal and other parts without removing the suction or discharge pipeline during pump maintenance, AY-type oil pump adopts flexible diaphragm type extended coupling parts.
According to the needs of the delivery conditions, the vertical suction of the pump is changed to the axial horizontal suction (performance unchanged). The pump model is expressed as □□P as axial horizontal suction structure.
