Overview
In order to meet the needs of the modernization of China's petrochemical plants, in order to adapt to the upgrading of energy-saving equipment as the center as soon as possible, and develop products that meet the international advanced production standards according to API610, our company has introduced petrochemical process pump series technology suitable for China's specific conditions, and DSJH petrochemical process pump series is one of them.
The process pump is used in the petroleum refining, petrochemical and chemical industries and other places to transport petroleum and its products. It fully complies with the American Petroleum Institute API610 specification.
DSJH type process pump has the characteristics of high reliability, long service life and high degree of generalization, especially the high efficiency, which is more prominent than the average efficiency of Y type oil pump in China by more than 8%, which is the first-class level in the world.

Structural features
DSJH type pump is a single-stage double-suction supported centrifugal process pump, pump shell radial split. It is especially suitable for conveying high temperature and high pressure and flammable, explosive or toxic liquids. The installation method is horizontal centerline support to minimize the deformation and displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The pump body is designed as a double volute chamber to balance the radial force of the pump.
The pump can exhaust itself by the flow of pressurized liquid, but the upper and lower parts of the volute of the pump body are left with umbilicus. When the user needs to exhaust and drain liquid, the ZG ¾ "screw hole can be opened and screwed on with a screw plug when leaving the factory.
The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are vertically upward and are cast into one with the pump body. The flange size and pressure rating are equivalent to the American Standards Institute (ANSI) standard rating. Depending on the use temperature and material category, the maximum use pressure of the flange can reach 5MPa (about 50kgf/cm²).
In order to be reliable, DSJH process pumps use cast steel housings, and their hydrostatic pressure test is 7MPa (about 70kgf/cm²).
The shaft seal cavity (stuffing box) and the pump cover are cast into one body. It can be equipped with packing seal and balanced, bellows or series mechanical seal. An optional water-cooled chamber jacket is cast outside the shaft seal cavity. The water-cooled jacket must be equipped with special requirements or when the temperature of the conveying medium is water exceeding 66 ℃ and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeding 150 ℃. When the transmission medium needs heat preservation, low pressure steam or other heat preservation medium can be passed into the jacket. Its hydrostatic pressure test 1MPa (about 10kgf/cm²). The cooling water inlet connection ZG ½ "is below the pump cover and the outlet connection ZG ½" is above the pump cover. The steam inlet connection ZG ½ "is above the cover and the outlet connection ZG ½" is below the cover.
The impeller is integrally cast and is balanced with the rotor. It is driven by a key with the shaft, and the rotor is supported at both ends. The casing sealing ring or the impeller sealing ring are replaceable standard parts. The good matching between the two is ensured by the different materials and their hardness. The sealing rings at both ends of the impeller are intentionally designed to be of different sizes, I .e. the sealing ring on one side of the thrust bearing is slightly smaller than the other side, causing the pump to cause slight axial force, making the shaft always work in a tensile state, and avoiding the left and right tandem movement of the rotor. Both ends of the pump are bearing bodies of the same size. The materials are cast steel and cast iron. They are fastened on the bracket (tile frame) with screws and positioned with matching stops. A set of radial bearings are installed at the coupling end and two sets of thrust ball bearings installed back to back are installed at the other end. The bearings are lubricated by oil slinger rings with moderate oil quantity. Each bearing body is cast with axial cooling fins for air cooling (t≤ 120 ℃), fan cooling is also optional
(t = 120~260 ℃) and water cooling (t≥ 260 ℃), in which fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
When the pump bearings are cooled by a fan, the fan will replace the position of the dust disc, which is also the unique feature of this pump, which has been patented by the United States. When the pump bearing uses water cooling, the ball bearing is cast with a water cooling jacket.
The bearing body is also equipped with a transparent plastic round oil mark and an oil cup to monitor and control the oil level. There are copper dust-proof discs at both ends of the bearing body, which extend to the inner hole of the bearing gland, which can prevent dust or water from entering, and prevent oil leakage. When the bearing breaks, it can also play a supporting role.
In order to repair the impeller, bearing, shaft seal, etc. without removing the suction or discharge pipeline, DSJH process pump adopts flexible diaphragm type extended coupling parts, and is conical fit with the pump shaft, which is very convenient for disassembly and assembly.
