Overview
In order to meet the needs of the modernization of China's petrochemical plants, in order to adapt to the energy-saving equipment as the center as soon as possible, the development of products in line with the international advanced API610 standard production. Our company has produced a series of petrochemical process pump products suitable for the specific conditions of our country, and GSJH centrifugal process pump series belongs to one of them.
The process pump is used in the petroleum refining, petrochemical and chemical industries and other places to transport petroleum and its products. It fully complies with the American Petroleum Institute API610 specification.
GSJH-type process pump has the characteristics of high reliability, long service life, high degree of generalization, especially high efficiency, which is more prominent than the average efficiency of Y-type oil pump in China by more than 8%, which is the world-class level.

Model Description

Structural features
GSJH type is a two-stage single-suction supported centrifugal process pump with radial split pump casing. It is especially suitable for conveying high temperature and high pressure and flammable, explosive or toxic liquids. The installation method is horizontal centerline support to minimize the deformation and displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The pump body with a discharge port diameter of 4 inches and above is designed as a double volute chamber to balance the radial force of the pump. The transition from the first stage discharge to the second stage suction of all pump bodies adopts the integral casting of the inner runner, and the two branches are symmetrically distributed.
The pump can exhaust itself by the flow of pressurized liquid, but there is still an umbilicus on the upper part of the volute of the pump body. When the user needs to exhaust and discharge liquid, ZG3/4 "screw holes can be opened. Screw on with AP | plug at the factory.
The suction and discharge flanges of the pump are vertically upward and cast into the pump body. The flange size and pressure rating are equivalent to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)300 lb/in² standard rating. Depending on the use temperature and material category, the maximum use pressure of the flange can reach 5MPa (about 50kgf/cm²).
In order to be reliable, the GSJH process pump uses a cast steel housing, and its hydrostatic pressure test is 8.3MPa (about 83kgf/cm²).
The shaft seal cavity (stuffing box) and the pump cover are cast into one body. It can be equipped with balanced, bellows or series mechanical seals. The pump with a suction diameter equal to 3 inches can also be equipped with packing seals. The outside of the shaft seal cavity is cast with optional water cooling chamber jacket, the water-cooled jacket must be equipped with special requirements or when the temperature of the conveying medium is water exceeding 66 ℃ and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeding 150 ℃. When the transmission medium needs heat preservation, low-pressure steam or other heat preservation medium can be introduced into its jacket, and its hydrostatic pressure test is 1MPa (about 10kgf/cm²). The cooling water inlet connector ZG1/2 "is below the pump cover and the outlet connector ZG1/2" is above the cover. The steam inlet connection ZG1/2 "is above the pump cover and the outlet connection ZG1/2" is below the cover. The impeller is an integral casting part and is balanced with the rotor. It is driven by a key with the shaft, and the rotor is supported at both ends. The casing sealing ring or the impeller sealing ring are replaceable standard parts, and the good matching of the two is guaranteed by the material and its different hardness. The axial force balance is installed symmetrically by the suction ports of the two impellers.
Both ends of the pump are bearing bodies of the same size. The materials are cast steel and cast iron. They are fastened on the bracket (tile frame) with screws and positioned with matching stops. A set of radial bearings are installed at the coupling end and two sets of thrust ball bearings installed back to back are installed at the other end. The bearings are lubricated by oil slinger with moderate oil amount. The No.11 bearing body is cast with heat sink for air cooling (t<120 ℃), fan cooling (t = 120~260 ℃) and water cooling (t = 260~450 ℃) can also be used, especially in areas with water shortage or poor water quality. This is also the unique feature of this process pump, which has been patented by the United States. No. 09 bearing body without heat sink can not be cooled by fan, when the use temperature t>120 ℃ water cooling.
When the pump bearings are fan cooled, the fan will take the place of the dust tray. When the pump bearing uses water cooling, the radial ball bearing is cast with a water cooling jacket. No. 11 bearing is equipped with copper dust-proof disc at both ends, extending to the inner hole of the bearing gland, which can prevent dust or water from entering, and can prevent oil leakage. When the bearing in case of rupture, it can also play a supporting role.
In order to repair the impeller, bearing, shaft seal, etc. without disassembling the suction or discharge pipeline, the GSJH process pump adopts flexible diaphragm type lengthened coupling components, and is conical fit with the pump shaft, which is very convenient for disassembly and assembly.

Note: The shaft power listed in the table and its equipped power are calculated when the specific gravity of the medium is 1.0. All pumps can also be equipped with cutting impellers. Any explosion-proof motor model and power when the specific gravity of the medium is greater than 1 or less than 1.
