Overview
Y-type centrifugal oil pump is used to transport petroleum products without solid particles. The temperature range of the transported medium: T =-20~400 ℃.
Performance range
Flow rate:Q = 6.25 ~ 500m ³/h
Head: H = 60~603m
Drive
The pump is driven by a prime mover through an elastic coupling. The pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the prime mover end.
Structure
Y type oil pump is divided into three types:
1. Single-stage and two-stage cantilever centrifugal oil pump.
2. Single-stage and two-stage centrifugal oil pumps supported at both ends (Y type is single suction, YS type is double suction).
3. Multi-stage centrifugal oil pump.
The single-stage cantilever pump uses the impeller to balance the axial force in the form of an open balance hole and a double-port ring. Two-stage cantilever type or two-stage two-end support type pump using impeller symmetrical arrangement to balance the axial force. Multi-stage segmented pumps use balance discs to balance axial forces.
Except for 150Y67 type pump with sliding bearings to support the pump shaft, other Y type pumps are supported by rolling bearings. The bearings are lubricated with thin oil and are provided with a water-cooled cooling chamber.
shaft seal
The stuffing box of the Y-type oil pump is equipped with a cooling chamber cooled by water, and can be equipped with soft packing or mechanical seal according to the needs of users.
GX, GY and EX mechanical seals can be selected according to different transmission media and assembly mechanical seal parts.
