Overview
KSY type oil pipeline pump series products, can provide a complete set of products for the annual output of 20 million tons of oil pipeline, the product has the following characteristics:
● High reliability, bearing body parts have two structures, good heat dissipation.
● High-efficiency hydraulic model is adopted for hydraulic flow-through parts. 5 ~ 8% higher efficiency than the old oil pipeline pump. High degree of generalization of parts.
● Material selection refining, mainly class II materials, bearing body and other parts for cast iron.

Suitable for conveying water and does not contain solid particles, non-corrosive petroleum products.
Structural features
KSY type pump is divided into single-stage double suction and two-stage double suction two-end support structure. The pump body and cover are of horizontal middle-open type, and two axial holes communicating with the discharge worm chamber are cast above the pump cover to connect the mechanical seal flushing circulation pipeline. The impeller is integrally cast and statically balanced.
KSY2850-210 and KSY2850-95 bearings are constructed as follows:
The coupling end is equipped with a cylindrical roller bearing, and the other end is equipped with a set of thrust ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings installed face to face. The outer surface of the bearing is cast with axial cooling fins for natural cooling.
KSY390-380, KSY390-190 and KSY390-80 bearings are constructed as follows:
The bearings of the bearing body parts are lubricated by oil slinger, and the outer surface of the bearing body is cast with cooling fins for natural cooling. For convenient maintenance, KSY oil pipeline pump adopts flexible diaphragm type lengthened coupling parts.
Piping system of pump
The mechanical seal flushing circulation pipeline of the pump is equipped with a throttle orifice plate and a micro filter (the product oil can be transported without a filter).
Steering
This series of pumps can be rotated in two ways according to the user's ordering needs. The main purpose is to rotate the pump counterclockwise from the motor end. If clockwise rotation is required, special instructions are required.
