Overview
DM, TDM, TDMG horizontal high-pressure multistage centrifugal pumps are mainly used in various refineries and steel mills for coking and phosphorus removal devices, and can also be used for oil field water injection and other similar purposes. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 80 ℃, the particle size of coke powder, phosphorus powder and other impurities shall be less than 3.5mm, and the content shall be less than 3000ppm. Design and manufacturing specifications refer to American Petroleum Institute API610 (8th Edition).

Model Description

Pump structure
DM type pump is a single shell segment type multistage centrifugal pump. The suction section, discharge section and middle section of the pump are connected as a whole with a through bar, and the static joint surface between the parts is sealed by the combination of metal end face and "O" type sealing ring. The impeller is thermally mounted on the shaft in turn to increase the rigidity of the rotor.
TDM, TDMG type pump for double shell horizontal multistage centrifugal pump. It is mainly composed of pump cylinder, pump cover and segmental pump core. The pump core shall be installed in the simplified body, and the pump cover shall be tightened on the cylinder with bolts at the discharge end, and sealed with winding gasket. The pump core is composed of suction box, middle section, guide vane and rotor. The impeller is thermally mounted on the shaft and axially limited by a snap ring.
The suction inlet and discharge outlet of DM type and TDM type pumps are vertically upward; DM type is foot support; TDM type and TDMG type are center support.
The axial force of the rotor is mainly balanced by the double balance drum balance mechanism, and the residual axial force is borne by the thrust bearing.
Bearing
The pump rotor is radially supported by four oil wedge sliding bearings, and the thrust bearing behind the radial bearing at the discharge end is used as the axial limit to bear the residual axial force.
Radial bearings and thrust bearings require separate forced lubrication.
shaft seal
DM pump with packing seal; TDM, TDMG pump can be selected according to user needs mechanical seal or packing seal.
Drive
DM and TDM pumps are driven by electric motors through diaphragm couplings; TDMG pumps share a heavy-duty joint base with good rigidity for pumps, gear boxes and motors, and are driven by electric motors through diaphragm couplings. The pump rotates clockwise as viewed from the drive end.
