Overview
Designed and manufactured according to API610 standard. It is mainly used to transport high temperature petroleum products and other high temperature liquids without solid particles.
Use
Transportation of high temperature medium in petrochemical process.
Performance range
Flow rate:Q = 30 ~ 400m ³/h
Head: H = 300~2500m
Temperature: T = 450 ℃
Structure
The DR type pump is a horizontal, single-shell, segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump, with the suction pipe and the discharge pipe vertically upward and the center line horizontally supported.
TDR type pump is horizontal, double shell, the inner shell is segmental multistage centrifugal pump. Without moving the lines, pull out the inner housing for servicing. The suction pipe and discharge pipe are arranged vertically upward, and the center line is supported horizontally.

Sliding bearings, forced lubrication.
axial thrust
The balance drum hydraulic balance device bears most of the axial thrust, and the residual axial thrust is borne by the two-way thrust bearing for forced lubrication.
Drive
The pump is connected to the power machine or speed increaser through a diaphragm type flexible coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the transmission direction.

Motor, explosion-proof motor, steam turbine.
