Overview
In order to meet the needs of localization of equipment in the reconstruction and expansion of China's refineries as soon as possible, our factory has developed JSY series centrifugal process pumps, which are in full compliance with API610 standards and are mainly applicable to atmospheric tower bottom pumps, crude oil pumps, vacuum tower bottom pumps, etc. in refineries. This series of products has the characteristics of high reliability, high generalization and long service life.

Model Description


Structural features
The JSY type process pump is a radial split volute type two-stage double suction two-end support structure.
The shell is radially split volute type, and its installation method is horizontal center support, especially suitable for conveying high temperature, high pressure and flammable, explosive or toxic liquids. The suction flange and discharge flange of the pump are cast on the pump body and are vertically upward. The shaft seal cavity (stuffing box) and the pump cover are cast into one body. It can be equipped with packing seal and balanced, bellows or series mechanical seal. An optional water-cooled chamber jacket is cast outside the shaft seal cavity. The water-cooled jacket must be equipped with special requirements or when the temperature of the conveying medium is water exceeding 66 ℃ and the temperature of hydrocarbons exceeding 120 ℃.
The impeller is integrally cast and is balanced with the rotor. It is driven by a key with the shaft, and the rotor is supported at both ends.
In order to repair the impeller, bearing, shaft seal, etc. without dismantling the suction or discharge pipeline, JSY type process pump adopts flexible diaphragm type extended coupling parts, and is conical fit with the pump shaft, which is very convenient for disassembly and assembly.
The bearing body of this series pump has two structural forms, one is radial ball bearing and radial thrust bearing; the other is radial sliding bearing and radial thrust ball bearing.

Looking from the prime mover to the pump, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
