Overview
IS type single-stage centrifugal pump (IR type single-stage hot water circulating pump) is designed and manufactured according to the performance and size specified by international standard ISO2858.
Performance range
Flow rate:Q = 3 ~ 200m ³/h
Head: H = 5~125m
IS series medium temperature not higher than 80 ℃
IR series medium temperature is not higher than 150 ℃
Model Description

Structural features
This series of pumps are horizontal axial suction single-stage single-suction volute centrifugal pumps.
1. The standard performance of the pump is IS02858-1975(E).
2. IS03069-1974(E) is adopted for the cavity size of mechanical seal and soft packing.
3. The base size is IS03661-1977(E).
4. The size of the pump body outlet flange is IS02084(16bar level).
5. The rear door opening structure can be disassembled for maintenance without dismantling the pipeline system.
6. The pump O and its pipeline are located directly above the middle of the pump foot, and the pump body has uniform force, low vibration and low noise.
7. Two rated revolutions. It is allowed to increase or decrease the speed within the range of no more than 3300 rpm and less than 1 minute.
Use
IS and IR series pumps are suitable for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles and have similar physical and chemical properties to water. They are used in factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, farmland irrigation, heating and cooling, and pressurization systems.
User orders can be proposed to change the material, matching standard or simple mechanical seal, used in chemical, chemical fiber, metallurgy, medicine, papermaking, petrochemical process, brewing and other industries.
