Overview
GD type and D type pump for conveying water without solid particles. DF type and DI type pump for the mine to discharge the PH value of 2~4 acid pit water. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 80 ℃.
Performance range
Flow rate:Q = 100 ~ 515m ³/h(GD 、 dhatsu)
Q = 27 ~ 346m ³/h(DF 、 D1 Play.com)
Head: H = 66~700m(GD, D type)
H = 66~459m(DF, D type)
Structure
This type of pump is a horizontal single suction multistage segmental centrifugal pump. The inlet is in the horizontal direction and the outlet is in the vertical direction. The suction section, the middle section and the discharge section are connected into a whole with a bar.
The pump rotor is composed of impeller, balance disc and other parts installed on the shaft. The whole rotor is supported by two roller bearings installed at both ends of the pump. The bearings are lubricated with grease. The rotor axial thrust is balanced by a balance disc.
Model Description
shaft seal
There are stuffing boxes at both ends of the shaft, which are sealed with soft packing. There is a certain pressure of water into the stuffing box to play the role of water seal. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
Drive
The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling. The pump rotates clockwise as viewed from the drive end.
