Overview
According to the requirements of the thermal power unit, the boiler feed water pump unit in operation to ensure safe and reliable, high efficiency, high level of controllability. The double-cylinder CHT pump produced by our factory has the following characteristics:
1. The number of stages is small;
2. Rigid shaft;
3. The axial thrust is jointly borne by the hydraulic balance mechanism and the thrust bearing, and can compensate each other;
4, can adapt to short-term cavitation;
5, the maintenance time is short, can be put into operation in a short period of time;
The efficiency of the pump is generally above 80%.
In order to ensure the cavitation characteristics of the pump, a low-speed pre-pump is provided.
The rotation direction of the pump, from the transmission direction to see the pump are clockwise rotation (can also be manufactured by counterclockwise rotation).
Model Description

Structure Introduction
CHTA
A, CHTA type pump for double shell horizontal multistage centrifugal structure;
B. The simplified body and cover of CHTA pump are forgings, and the surface in contact with the liquid is piled with austenitic stainless steel welding layer. The inlet and outlet of the pump are upward, and the inlet and outlet of the pump can also be downward as required. The middle section, suction section and guide vane of the inner casing are made of chrome steel. The impeller sealing ring, guide vane bushing and shaft, impeller and balance plate in the rotor components are all made of special materials. 95% of the axial force is borne by the balance device, and the remaining axial force and additional axial force generated under special working conditions are borne by the thrust bearing. The pump shaft seal is a mechanical seal, the heat generated by the friction pair is forced to circulate water away, and the circulating water is filtered through a special cooler and filter to ensure the cleanliness of the circulating water quality. The radial bearing is four oil wedge forced lubrication, and the thrust bearing is bidirectional oil injection forced circulation lubrication, and is equipped with temperature assurance and monitoring instruments.
CHTC
A, the pump cylinder structure is suitable for the pump core to be pulled out quickly, saving maintenance time, the cylinder is welded in the pipeline system;
B. The pressure boundary is suitable for 100% volume detection;
C, the pressure and temperature change of the cylinder computer-aided design;
D, the axial force by the balance disc and thrust bearing, so that the pump has a high degree of reliability and safety;
e. Adopt the best model design;
F, to meet the thermal power station thousands of pump operation test;
g, can meet the cold state or standby state start;
h. The design of the pump device allows to ensure that the mechanical seal and the balance plate can be removed without removing the motor;

CHTZ
A. CHTZ type feed water pump is a horizontal open double shell structure with impellers arranged in the same direction. It is different from the horizontal open type arranged in the opposite direction of impellers of foreign advanced companies. Its advantages are shortening the radial and axial dimensions, reducing the space transition flow channel, reducing the pump volume, high overall reliability and small space occupation;
B. Under the condition that the external dimensions, pump simplification and rotor of the original CHTA feed water pump are all unchanged, the pump core of CHTZ can be interchanged with the pump core of the original CHTA, which provides favorable conditions for the use of the power plant as soon as possible, and has a high degree of generalization and applicability;
C. CHTZ-type feed water pump horizontal open inner shell for the overall structure, with the segmental multi-stage guide vane, the middle section of the pump core, compared to eliminate the multiple fit clearance generated by the dynamic and static errors, greatly improve the overall structural rigidity of the pump core, improve the reliability of the pump group;
D. compared with segmental feed water pump, CHTZ type pump pump core is quickly drawn out. under the condition that it is not necessary to disassemble the impeller step by step (hot installation or sliding installation), the dynamic and static parts at all levels can be quickly overhauled by opening the horizontal inner shell, which is convenient for assembly, disassembly and overhaul, greatly shortens the overhaul time of feed water pump, is convenient for users, improves boiler utilization rate, and creates more benefits for power plant;
e. Using the effective element method, the structure analysis, calculation and design of the horizontal inner shell are carried out, taking full account of the minimum deformation caused by meeting the requirements of strength, rigidity and uneven temperature field;
F. water pump flow channel wet week is small, easy to light, is conducive to improve the efficiency of the pump;
g. After the rotor dynamic balance does not need to be disassembled, so that the original dynamic balance accuracy of the rotor can be maintained optimally, which is more beneficial to the reliable operation of the pump;
h.CHTZ type feed water pump shall be subject to ZN57083 quality control procedures;
I. The overall dimensions, driving mode, mechanical seal system, monitoring and protection and performance parameters of the pump set are the same as those of CHTA high-pressure boiler feed pump.
