Overview
Modern boiler feed pumps have high revolutions and require high NPSH. YNKn, YNKD and QG pumps have high suction characteristics and meet the suction head requirements of the main feed pump. The use temperature of the pump can reach 210 ℃.

Model Description

Structure
YNKn, YNKD and QG pumps are single-stage double-suction horizontal volute pumps.
shaft seal
The pump adopts mechanical seal or packing seal, and a replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
Bearings and balancing devices
The rotor of the pump is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump shaft and is lubricated with thin oil. The residual axial force is carried by the thrust bearing. The axial force of the rotor is balanced by the double suction wheel, and the remaining axial force is borne by the thrust bearing.
Drive
The pump is driven by an electric motor through a toothed coupling. Drive direction is seen from the drive side of the pump, for clockwise rotation.
